I was pleasantly surprised to the exquisite, classy and friendly hotel. It had a spa onsite that closed at 8pm. The pool looked clean and maintained. The grilled fish was the tastiest in town. The room had a balcony, overlooking other balconies, it should have been a window instead. This hotel is worth another visit

The hotel is located in a serene environment, rooms are neat and staff are respectful but they someyimes act overwhelmed with work especially at peak periods . Foods doesn't gets delivered early. Nice gym and the pool is cool. They have a good spa , saloon and supermarket for basic needs.. changeover time from NEPA to generator is okay. I equally enjoyed the sunday buffet. Apart from delay in food delivery , the hotel is generally okay and I will not mind to visit again.

The service is okay but can still do better while the access route to the hotel needs solid construction works...

It is an exquisite hotel with good finishing and a delicious complimentary breakfast. There is a genuine desire to satisfy and please a customer when complaints are lodged. My only reservation was that the AC in my room 324 wasn't effective though the technician came to clean it up, it still didn't give the desired result.

The access to the hotel around the entrance gate doesn't speak well about the owner. He needs to interlock, tar or floor that area for good ambience.

However, from the reception to room service and restaurant is all top notch service.

Class. A home away from home. Great customer service. Great power supply. Astonishingly beautiful environment. When it's a class it's less talk and see more

The hotel is a good one and the news of their bread ???? is quite wonderful.

But the day I visited wasn't to lodge but for Airpeace outlet - very uncultured customer care representative.
