Nicely located in the city, very close to Shoprite Owerri. Its an old hotel but the rooms are okay.
24hr light/gen but the air condition wasn't turned on while I spent a night there, however, the ceiling fan was chill enough.
Its a small hotel so the kitchen is non-existing, you've to go across the road to have a good meal.
Receptionist was respectful. The room upstairs are ₦7000 while the rooms downstairs were ₦6000.
In summary, the price was worth it. I enjoyed my stay.
