It’s a 2 star hotel. So cheap, yeah! The room was spacious, television and AC are working very well. But there was no hot water in the standard room I stayed in.

It was quite cool. No noise or disturbances. Although it’s close to the main road. Just across the road there is a restaurant and a super market that sells basically everything a traveler needs.

The hotel environment looks safe and secured. Receptionists are friendly and the room service too attempted to my orders duly. And light was 24/7.

If you are looking for an affordable hotel with basic amenities to pass a night, Bestway hotel is the right place.

You get what you pay for. The hotel is cheap and the rooms are decent (again for what you pay for). The rooms smelled a dusty and like people had been smoking before but overall serves its purpose. The staff there are accommodating though. The poolside attracts a young and restless crowd. The food is good though.

Its a good hotel if you require just the basic needs of a room to be met. The bed was big. The room was spacious for a double deluxe. Bathroom had hot and cold water. No suspicious thoroughfare from questionable individuals. Customer service were courteous and polite. I gave them 3 stars cos my room had just one socket for every appliance in the room is TV, fridge, etc. I asked for an extension but was politely told after 3 hours of waiting that none was available. My extension was also not working and I had to walk to the reception at some point to get them to send me hot water for tea. In order to resolve the situation, they gave me the hotels number compelling me to use call credit to make future requests. The bathroom door was also broken and ventilation wasn't so good as cigarette smoke odour could be perceived strongly on the hallway and mildly in my room.

It's a cool place to be.
Attractive and cozy reception with a warm lodge (Royal suite) for a fair price.
The negatives are the noise emerging from the Air conditioner and the shower which also is out of place.
And also, the rooms need to be fumigated.
If these things are put in order, I trust you won't have any reason not to lodge there.

I loved the environment and how they attend to orders quite fast just few defaults but I'm giving them a 4star

Nice spacious rooms, but poor management and inhumane customer reception.
Disgusting business etiquette.
