Overpriced. There is electricity only at night but the ambience of the hotel interior is good

Riverside Hotel is off a busy street so quite accessible. The building is beautifully structured and painted. The room is spacious and air conditioning is working round the clock.

The reception area for a hotel this size is definitely too small.

Even though there is a water heater, only cold water runs from the pipe. walls are untidy, like it hasn’t been re-painted for a while.

The staff that are supposed to be cleaning are definitely not doing their job or someone somewhere isn’t supervising them properly. A lot needs to be done in terms of cleaning

Room service was also below average.

A well place to be, one of the best in the heart of Osogbo. You can never regret going there ,best services inshort. Just that they need to improve on the cleanigness of their restroom.

Poor service. Not 24/7 electricity alwyas waiting for PHCN to restore power. Ac not working and no phone in the room. Had to checkout and seek for another hotel

It's a night club that provides a convenient getaway for clubbing. Has good space for car parking and on a major road. It is heavily patronized by the ladies. Also offers lodging services as well. It however lacks adequate security architecture for VIP stay.
