NB: This review is based on multiple experiences by me and close friends. I think this office here is almost becoming useless other thank being a landmark for description. You hardly can get anything done here the right way. Customers are treated badly and the staffs looked starved to transfer aggression.
The phone number linked to this office does not even belong to a front desk staff of the office. I hope they reset their organizational behaviour and customer services before its too late.
Overall, I think MTN as a corporate business is losing its ground through poor services.
