While the hotel is beautiful with decent facilities and amenities, there is nothing hospitable about this hotel. So if you are going to lodge here, be ready to deal with aggressive and rude receptionists and employees of the hotel. Only a few people standout, but generally, they are all cut from the same ‘material’.
Every point of contact with the hotel was troubling, starting from the reservation, a lady called Wonuola who is supposed to be the marketing manager is highly unprofessional, unruly and should not in any capacity be the representative of the hotel.
More so, they have many absurd rules that can make your life frustrating, for instance, you can’t access the elevator to go up without an attendant unlocking the elevator, this is outrageous on all levels.
You can’t take pictures in the hallway, you have to pay to do this, etc. The folks at the restaurant are even more unpleasant.
Other than the aesthetically pleasing state of the hotel, it doesn’t provide the hospitality known of world class hotels, and it always feels like you are in a modernized prison’.
I will never go back to this hotel and I don’t recommend anyone to lodge here.
