The location and landscape, especially, the entrance road are great. However, the steps and ramp leading to the reception room and the lodge are safety threats. Furthermore, I was expecting some kind of complimentary service like continental breakfast, to no avail. They only dust vehicles at extra cost.

Wide parking space and good access road. Beautiful environment that can make photos colourful. Restaurant and event place gives off very disturbing noise if you plan having quiet time. Painting inside room looked awkward but may have improved now.

Golden valley hotel is the best hotel I have ever check in. The joy, the comfort, services and all what not was overwhelming.

Golden Valley hotel seems to be one of the most popular hotels, especially for students.
However, there is a whole lot of improvements to do!
First, the compound is very big, neat and attractive. There is an elevated floor pool, which is very cool, and there are open bars for people to sit and chill.the compound is located uphill, and there are nice views from there.
However, the rooms need some improvements. The look and feel can be greatly improved on. It becomes quite difficult for you to score it high when you've been to some other hotels around that provided very cool and beautiful room settings.
The pillows are soft, but don't look clean. The duvet are definitely not of standard.
If you're someone who pays close attention to details, you'll see somethings that aren't okay.
The rooms range from 6k to 10k and more.
In summary, I'll score them a 5 over 10.

Nice hotel having friendly and accommodating staff, but the wheelchair accessible entrance is too steep, hence not functional. The pool walkway is very slippery when it rains or when wet, making people walk on the lawn. Management should do something about the surface to avoid accidents.
