My first encounter with the bank's customer service was one that you'd expect from a competent and working banking system.

The environment is attractive and kept clean by a group of hardworking and beautiful cleaners.

Customer service delivery is topnotch all thanks to their amazing staffs.

I would've given them a five star ???? but for the bank's l poor internet service. Sometimes, it takes long hours to receive funds or to confirm a transaction.

I hope they fix this, so that I'll give them their full stars!

Thers is a presence of restaurant, cyber cafe and foodstalls in the container shop nearby.... Plus it is really close to the university library

They have added more ATMs and this has really reduced crowds and time spent queuing up to withdraw.

Poor customer service.
Always crowded, not a place to get quick access to your cash.
