This is one of the largest faculties in UNN, made up of department of philosophy, political science, Economics, social works etc. But the facility building has wheelchair accessibility problem. Meaning that there is no wheelchair accessible, restroom and parking in the building.

This place (faculty of social science) is a faculty in the university of Nigeria Nsukka that is termed to be the highest faculty in the institution and they are really trying in terms of academics

This structure is the admin block for the largest Faculty in sub Saharan Africa the Faculty of Social Science UNN. Thanks to the then Dean of Social Science and Senator Ekweremadu who both along with other powerful men in the DEN whose effort made this possible.
