This is a place for the masses where you come with family and friends to have a good time. You can get all sort of drinks here including alcohol and soft drinks, energy drink and yogurt, food is always available, ranging from local dishes to averagely for foreign foods. Snacks available, fish available, suya meat available, chips available, sweet available.
Everyone can come and buy anything at his or her own time. It's a place for neither the rich or poor everyone that goes in to this place are treated equally.

It is a good place to go and get some basic needs. There is a relaxation spot (where you can get drinks, barbeque, grills etc) there but not elegant enough.

A collection of shops consisting of mostly bars and restaurants which is definitely not a good place for children as most of these bars sells only alcohol.
There are shops for wears mostly men, but still not the best place with mararaba market closeby (about 1km).

Common shops in this shopping center are: beer parlor, restaurant, grocery store, barbeque with assorted fried and roasted chicken and fish pepper soup, barbing salon, it can also be referred to the headquarters of the Nigerian Breweries in that area because all bears produced in Nigeria or imported can all be found there except for few. It has Also attracted ladies of kind especially women of low virtue,
