Over the years I've enjoyed Drumstix Shawarma in other branches, however, yesterday I was very disappointed with the service in Karu branch, I was given burnt Shawarma u0026 only discovered on getting home. The guy in charge is ill mannered, he burnt it u0026 still happily packaged it with no conscience, I paid 1,600 for Large Chicken Shawarma u0026 extra sausage but got disappointed. I'll advise you check your order before leaving....
Drumstix Karu branch need to change him less he ruins their business.

Ample space with cleanliness but quality of food is Not good. Avoid visiting here unless and untill you are starving and cannot wait. Other food joints like Chicken Republic are far better u0026 will eat their share in the market in coming days.

It's okay for a quick meal, nothing too serious. The spaghetti is nice, jollof is okay, moimoi is also okay, can't say the same for the fried rice. Loved the salad. Meat pie is okay, didn't like the ice cream or the chicken pie. Their shawarma has to be my favorite thing there, least edible thing for me is the chicken pie which is ironic because the fried chicken is nice on some days.

The last time I and my lover visited Drumstix we found every thing we needed to eat nor drink, So it was fantastic.

This people refused to turn on the Gen when they took light. For hours there was heat and I was sweating profusely while eating my food.
