This IBB mall is a not really a mall but a shopping complex with about 50 shops of which some have been occupied while others still remain vacant.
It is new, well built but has no wheelchair accessible entrance which could be a disadvantage to the shops which are upstairs.

Well situated in the heart of Minna city and has a great view for passersby looking for shops to visit to purchase items and seek assistance one way or the other.
