Room rates do not measure up with quality... lodged at 12midnight from a long trip,I asked for a cup of hot water to drink and boom,it's 200naira per cup... something that would have served as an incentive... Room was yuck????....bathroom old and dirty...12k wasted. Never am I lodging there again.... No way!

Room rates not commensurate with service. Can you imagine? We spent a larger part of the night without light. They told me that was the first time it happened. How am I sure?

It's a good hotel to lodge and it's located at the city gate of the minna town, so while entering minna u will fine it and it's fun being here

Had a rather fair stay initially. However, trust issues came up. We paid for more than a night, on the agreement that nights without lodging will be refunded. The hotel manager cunningly refunded part of it, making us ask over and over for what is due according to agreement. Terrible corporate attitude!

For a town like Minna, this is a pretty decent place to stay. Having electricity round the clock is a "luxury" for hotels in the the town. It's well located by the Minna City gate with good access to banks, leisure points, markets and restaurants. The premise is spacious with good car park affordance. From the security post to the room service, the customer support was spot on and friendly. The bedding frame is not the best for the price point but it's good for a comfortable sleep and play (if you have company). The sofas need a change for good, but if you're in town for business that keeps out of the hotel for the most of the day, then you won't be bothered by it. The food is amazingly good. I had a not so nice experience with the air conditioner (it just stopped working when I really needed it at night). Overall, it's a good place to stay when in town and would recommend it any time.
