Ruthies is located at Patrick ityohegh boulevard. They provide an array of ice-cream and snacks. You can also get food to eat and drinks. There is a section for recreation and games. It's a cool place to hangout

Very very horrible service OMG ???? They were really rude to me and 2scoops of ice cream fit on a teaspoon. And the scoop is not a #100 scoop, it's a normal scoop #300, at least the rice was OK, but the ice-cream!!! I can't believe it, go to heart lab, grand square, Chloe's cupcake.... The scoop is same price, better ice-cream, but yet twice the quantity, Ruthie's you have to stop this behavior this 2019
