GTBank Makurdi is just by the road side along bank road,
Offers good services to customers but the management need to come up with a good effective plan to control crowd and to better attend to customers.
Personally I like this bank but these days....mehhhnnnnn..
Imagine, I Stood outside for more than three hours just to collect ATM card.????????

This branch of GTB is quite annoying. They treat customers with so much disrespect and disdain no matter how much you have in their bank.
I hope the officials in charge of this brach will do something about it and avoid giving this bank a bad name and reputation.

It's a beautiful bank in structure but it seems that usually have problem in their ATM stand. They should resolve network issue and unavailability at the ATM stand
