It is neat with good and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms here are big enough and are well painted. It has a good drainage system and there is availability of water here 24/7. It also has a common room which is like a movie theater where you go to watch movies... The sittings and setting is top notch

In 2015 three hostels were commissioned in the University of Maiduguri which are:
1. Aisha Muhammad Buhari (Girls Hostel)
2. New Male A hostel (Boys hostel)
3. New Male B hostel (Boys Hostel)

The place is nice but not much comfortable to stay in the hostel because the hostel has no good maintenance not like NEW MALE HOSTEL A

It's a new hostel for males , a room of two or three with bed, wardrobe, and chair for each of the two or three students. The building is made of upstairs, no lifters, well ventilated and interlocked with plumbed toilets and bathrooms. Located at the southern part of the university around football field.

This is one of the the best hostels in unimaid, I like staying there and it a nice place.

New male hostel b is a place where descent and mature undergraduate stay because of rule applied to the hostel. In short term new male hostel B is a nice place to live
