On getting to the hotel we were told the rooms in the main hotel was filled up so we were moved to the annex. The rooms are quite big but then before we could eat the receptionist will send our orders to the kitchen at the main hotel and then go to pick it up when it's ready. This normally takes 2-4hrs depending on how soon the guy was able to find someone to stand in for him while he goes to collect the orders.
On one night the guy sent a colleague to pickup our food, before he got to the hotel the food has already spilled and the whole thing was looking very messy.
There is no PHCN light so the run Gen from 3pm to 8am the next day and then there is light from 8am to 3pm.
Generally the hotel is not a bad at sll

Middle class hotel
Staff at the facility are always at ur service

Poor hotel service experienced at the annex.
Had a not nice experience with a recent stay.

It's a good place they have rooms and a restaurant you'll never get disappointed when you arrive this place they will always offer you the best you've ever seen

Best of the rest in Maiduguri. Food is above average also. So if you find yourself in Maiduguri just manage the hotel till you run away.

Ambient and clean environment. Average front desk. Limited parking space within the premises. Below average cooling system and kitchen/restaurant staff.

Good. Kitchen is good, cuisine is awesome. Large rooms. Nice getaway place in the heart of Maiduguri.
