The place is old and not well maintained. It is a bit clean though. The price is expensive for a place like this, considering you don't have constant electricity. Otherwise, it's generally OK.

They don't flit the rooms, old television, no internet, the bathroom and toilets are dirty. Customer service is very poor. They don't have a good standby generator.

Feels secure, quite cozy.
Place isn't dope.
They claim it's the cheapest around but I can hardly call it 'cheap'.
Well, it's Maiduguri; so???

Poor maintenance. Outdated and worn out facilities. Food in restaurant, super expensive.
