A very good housing estate with good road networks. It is a good residential area as people now built houses around it too and it is also referred to as Dikwa Low Cost. There's relatively dense traffic in the evening and morning. The people living there are mostly educated.

No 20 2 bedroom flat was my crib 1989-1999 we held the street down, shout-out to Dauda, Daddy, king and all the people I grew up with.
