Amada hotel is comfortable, nice and quiet with clean, well maintained rooms and facilities. There’s a rooftop bar which opens around 5 and a bamboo bar finish which is lively especially during the weekends. The breakfast is basic but palatable and I find food generally to be expensive. There’s no gym, pool or other services. The staff are courteous and polite and I find them always handy to attend to guests.
I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely visit again.

Rooms need maintenance to get back to 5 star level. Overall service was very good, with friendly and helpful staff. The music in the corridors was a bit distracting, so phone the reception to turn it down if you're planning on working from your room. The pizza was surprisingly tasty and much bigger than expected. Nice dining/social area next to the hotel entrance.

Good enough for the location. Rooms are okay. The yellow lighting made gave my space a warm ambience, a little more than I would have liked it. I suggest a mix of white and yellow light bulbs.

The roof top is lovely and I like the setting of the bamboo restaurant. Very thing else is just good enough.

Great place to be with a rooftop bar and a great restaurant with a whole varieties on the menu.
Location is on point and the staff are always there to assist and render services.

I would say is an Abuja standard hotel in Maiduguri

The worst hotel experience ever.There is no such thing as luxury.The staff were very rude and unresponsive.I had to call severally to get anything done.The breakfast was horrible.They were flies perching on the sugar and nothing was been done about it.It didn’t seem like a problem.There were cockroaches casually walking around the hotel.I found one in my room when I was about to sleep and alerted the reception they brought insecticide and sprayed in the room which was very choking.After which I tried to open the window and room door for ventilation and they said mosquitoes.Then I woke up to 3 dead cockroaches.This is a hotel so this is very unprofessional.The air conditioner was leaking all through.I would definitely NOT recommend ,lodge here at your own risk.
