The customer service is excellent... the teachers always make sure you understand before they proceed... Very condusive environment for learning apart from the flooding during the raining season.

A wonderful computer training institution spread across Lagos. One thing peculiar to them is the learning atmosphere and training modules. This branch is on a serene environment but you need to prepare for flooded street during the raining seasons

It's a great institution if you're looking to advance your computer literacy and hone your skills in computers. They have suitable courses for different fields too.

Avoid this training institution like a plague, it doesnt deserve to be called a training institution and is a waste of time. The issues me and my class mates experienced with them include:
1) We paid for the PMP part time (weekend)course at the Lekki branch which was suppose to last 6weeks(so i was told when paying) but it has taking 5 months to complete the course because the lecturer didnt bother showing up on a number of occasions and he/the college didn't have the courtesy to let us know in advance. We often turned up at the college and waited for several hours before being told he wasnt coming.
2) On 2 occasions the lecturer they sent to cover up for our lecturer wasnt a certified PMP individual and lacked Project management knowledge.
3) We paid for books and they didnt arrive until half way through the course.
4) When new students join the course, the lecturer starts the course from the beginning again instead of making an extra/separate class for them. This slowed our progress, killed our interest and reduced morale drastically.
5) Every time we complained to the Admin staff, it fell on deaf ears as all the complaints we had werent solved.
6) Lectures had to be cancelled on one occasion due to lack of fuel for the Generator or a fault.

I have had an entirely new EXPERIENCE@ New Horizons Computer Lekki. Still on it and wish for more IMPROVEMENT from the school!!
