If you're looking for a less crowded beach, that has both a nice ambiance and a picturesque view, this is your place. I like that Laguna Beach Club has a swimming pool as the sea is salty with a lot of waves. They have cabanas that can be reserved and another sitting arrangement around the pool area.

To get into this place, you'll pay an entrance fee of N2,000 if you're going on a weekend and N1,000 if you go on a weekday.

You cannot go into this place with food or drinks. They have a bar and an in-house kitchen and it is expected that you buy something just as you would if you went to a restaurant.

The beach club is clean and the bathrooms are always kept clean. This place is kids friendly. There is a lifeguard assigned to the pool so you can have a good time knowing your kids are safe.

I would like it if this beach was more accessible to people with special needs like making the sitting area wheelchair accessible.

You can have a good time here with a budget of N6,000

A thing of note was how enthusiastic most of the staff were ( I hope the management keep doing what they're doing to keep their staff happy). Their customer service was great.

So this was my first time at the Laguna beach I was unimpressed even from the entrance. Firstly At the gate there was a notice saying ’Pool under maintenance ‘.
Like if your pool ain’t working why charge as much ?
we were charged 2k per person as gate fee. I didn’t get value for this money

Secondly , we couldn’t bring in our drink or snack no matter how little they were. Considering we already spent over 20k there I don’t think that should have been a problem

Thirdly, upon entrance the place looked dead. Like there was no music or attraction whatsoever. At this point I wanted us to leave as I was sad. Boo cheered me up saying we been together was more important. That was sweet ????. Minutes later we realized we were not tagged and we went back to the gate to get that done. Unintentionally, I mentioned to the guy that I wasn’t happy with the place and i wanted a refund. He said he already tagged us (which he hadn’t )there was no way he’d do a refund. This got boo agitated and we demanded he gave us a refund or called someone we could talk to about it. He called on the supervisor who we spoke to and had things sorted out.

The food was okay that I can say. The platter we ordered contained chicken, beef and Asun with yam and potatoe chips accompanied by peppered sauce and salad.
We also ordered a plate of jollof rice and Chicken spring rolls. I wasn’t impressed with the rice as it looked appealing to the eyes but was tasteless. The rolls tasted okay.

Overall we spent approximately 30k. Drinks and gate fee included(for a couple).

Boo and I are lovers of art so when we saw the guys selling them we couldn’t resist. We got those beautiful canvas paintings for approximately 30k. We thought that was a fair deal, what do you think?

So that’s about all to know about my experience at the Laguna. I definitely won’t be visiting again though.

Arriving on the property, I was first impressed by the vehicle parking space, after which I set out to see premises.

Visiting in the evening meant the lights had already been put on, and the ambience was quite impressive. As with all beaches, the ocean view provided a beautiful backdrop for a wonderful scenery.

We were there to celebrate a friends birthday party, and to have that successfully executed meant we would be requiring the services of the Kitchen and bar, it was in this area that I felt utterly dissatisfied.

Items from the bar and kitchen were overpriced all things considered (quantity and quality). As informed, we weren’t allowed to come in with our drinks and the bar was ill stocked which meant our alcohol options were limited to only what they had to offer which in most cases wasn’t what we required and this did cause some upset on the long run.

The staffs however were polite but the management seemed too rigid to admit their shortcomings.

The place is nice, you can make reservations for a cabana ahead of time for 10000, and to enter the beach, you have to pay 2000 naira, then you’ll be given a wrist band for easy identification.
While inside, after buying drinks and food, if you have previously paid for a cabana, the 10000 you paid will be deducted from your total bills.

Place was nice. Breeze here is too much (or at least as at when I was there.
One thing that stood out for me here is the fact that you don't need to pay any extra to get a sit or use the amenities, but of course you'll pay an entry fee.

I finally visited Laguna beach.!The beach is close to home and so I decided to explore it today. We were a group of 6 people. Each person paid N1000 gate fee. During the weekdays, it’s free to enter this beach during the weekdays but weekends attract a fee of N1000.

It is a small beach and I am beyond impressed with the beach and the services of the workers there. It’s clean and very private. We were about just 8 people there today(weekend o). It was really sweet!

We had 5 piece Chicken wings(N1500) and Chicken and chips(N2500) and Fish barbecue(3500), water(N200), Orange juice(N500).

My favorite staff there is Frank. He was so nice. He showed me great spots to take photos at the bar. The pictures came out so great.

The road to the beach isn’t so great but the beach was a greaaaaaat consolation and was totally worth it. They said food isn’t allowed in there but nobody is really checking bags for anything.

Did I mention that they have the cutest restroom? So blue and clean!
