New London Estate is located at Baruwa, Ipaja, Lagos.It is a very serene and beautiful place though the roads are not good at all. Accommodation there is relatively affordable.

There are few pharmacies there too.

The road is very terrible, my car develops fault each time I go there. The road is even more terrible during rainy season. Although there are beautiful houses but no proper drainage ????????????

It is located in a far, dreary, out-of-town suburb and has poor dirt roads which become muddy and even waterlogged in the rainy season due to poor drainage. Water, electricity, security and upscale, modern facilities and entertainment might be lacking

Upcoming development but pretty slow. The roads are terrible especially when it rains. Still has prospect of development though
