Accommodation is not bad, the facility is old but it's well maintained. The managers have been able to keep it in good shape. The staff are well mannered and very helpful. Being in the heart of Surulere it's the go-to hotel for budget accommodation. It's easily accessible and easy to locate. If you don't want the hotel food, there's a variety of restaurants just across the road

This is one fun spot i have been going to for some years now. They serve hot delicious meals. It's quite a secure edifice although there is no parking space within, guests park outside. The DJ plays good music. The hotel services are fair. This place was once the rave of the moment but it has lost some steam.

It's a good place, but if you're looking for a serene place, it might not pass, because it is located in a very busy part of Lagos.

The services are passable and there is a very good human interaction between the staff and customers.

The price range is above average.

What this place lacks in aesthetics, it makes up for with the flexible price range for short time lodging. Worth a try if you're in need of a quick room late at night. It's also very accessible but parking is a major problem. Hence the 3 stars

Very good place to hand out. The rooftop bar is the banger. You are guaranteed of loads of fun especially during the English premiere league season matches. There is comedy night on Fridays I think. Beer is cheap too. Please don't forget to order for pepped kponmo. No security issues except for your vehicle as there is no actual parking lot. Wheelchair accessibilities is zero. For safety, there is only the minimal i.e fire extinguisher. No sign of fire alarm, no muster point, single entrance .
