Well I frequently lodged in this hotel. The only issue is poor maintenances, I can still remember me complaining about it the last time I lodged. You don’t just get people to pay for your service where the comfort is not there. Pls if the management can see this kindly renovate everything necessary. It’s also festive period and someone like me will love to come again.

The hotel at first glance looks good, but everything else is terrible. To start with, there was no one to assist in carrying luggages from transport into the rooms, all their staff are just looking at you will you drag your bags up and down the stairs. The rooms are terrible, there was absolutely no room service, the water heater isn't working (had to call to request for a bowl of hot water), the AC had no remote control (had wake up to turn it off when it was really cold and woke up again later to turn it on when it was really hot), there was no shower (just bucket to fetch water to bathe), no complimentary breakfast all these are despite staying in their most expensive room. I got a chance to peep into one of the cheaper rooms and it was way worse. It also posted that no illegal drugs are allowed, yet it didn't look like it was being enforced. The kind of people that were present at the pool /bar will make you fear for your safety... it was chaotic, definitely not a place I'll recommend under any circumstances. The services are shambolic when compared to other hotels with similar price range.

Thanks to several standby generators, power is available for most of the day and with a swimming pool. Not a bad place to stay but can be greatly improved upon, lots of maintenance jobs both inside the rooms and around the complex. For the price and location, can't really complain..

Deplorable service.

Went to check out the gym to know if to register my clients. Met a very rude lady there on both mornings who really just made me leave and never go back. I believe she was the duty manager. Nasty behaviour.
