A perfect location (cool and calm) in a very silent street. Great security check and wonderful view upon driving in. Easy parking. Serene environment! Warm welcome. High pricing. Fantastic meals. Clean environment. Wonderful pool side and enjoyable direct sunlight. Halls for programmes also available.

You have an excellent customer service and a serene environment. Although there are areas i think the management can improve on. For instance, a water gun can be included in all rest rooms close to the WC, instructions on how to use the flush system can be left by the WC because it looks automated but it's not and the time taken to deliever an order especially food needs to be improved on. Thank you.

I had yam fries and saute potatoes for brunch along side Americano and hot chocolate.
We sat outside near the pool. I wished this place has multiple restaurant and cafe inside . It was ALL-IN-ONE restaurant/bar/cafe.
I wish to come back to have a full menu lunch or dinner . Yam fries is one of the best so far in Lagos.

The George is meant to be a boutique hotel. It costs what great boutique hotels cost but offers none of the service.

1. Nobody helped me to my room. No instructions on internet,lights etc.
2. The internet does not work;the 'IT guy' asked to get into my room past 10 pm as a solo female traveler...
3. There are none of the amenities one would wish for...I had to ask for slippers and extra face towels two times.
4. The staff have NONE of the customer service required for a hotel this expensive. When I called and said the internet wasn't working the front desk sighed heavily and asked me,the guest what he should do.

For the price,I truly expect more. It is criminal to charge so much and be so lousy.

I loved the view from the last floor.

Some staff are not friendly. Some hardly smile!!!

They are very petty! (1.). The business room was hired for a seminar and they removed their branded pens and replaced it with bic pens! (2.). During the seminar, no one came to check if anything will be replaced or removed
As we had different sessions during the 3 days! We had to keep calling them to cone clear after each session. (3). They were very stingy with drinking WATER by not replacing it.
(4). They are very rigid!! Very poor customer service!!! (5). Imaging taking your bath and water stopping!!!! This happened at the hotel. In such a big hotel as The George Hotel?!

I am very disappointed with their service after staying for 3nights and renting their hall for a seminar...

Their club sandwich is a delicious ???? i could not help myself.

The ambience is very relaxing and refreshing except their customer service and them too rigid!

The hotel is clean with good service. The meals here are so tasty with variety of dishes.
