A good number of exceptional Trainers to start you off on your fitness life. The classes are super good for total body workouts. Overall environment vibe is great for fitness motivation.

Parking is a tad messy though ????????

Good gym.
Affordable.
They also allow you pause your subscription if you won't be available for a certain month to resume again when convenient.

I do not live in Lagos per se but I am always around here. So I decided to pay for a month's subscription. Meanwhile I've watched how crossfit have been given users great result, I was glad to find this one... Well I just started I will give it two weeks to be sure... Otherwise the place is nice in a good location... I sometimes worry when we flip tyres because it's on the 4th floor
