Very sad and disappointed at the owner of this place. Sucked one of his staff at 22:30pm for mistakenly giving us a wrong room at a wrong price. Last time we came to this hotel, the room 202 smelt of mauld n the duvet was covered in period of blood. The receptionist came to our rescue, cleaned the bedroom n changed our room. Gave us the best service as courtesy today she put us in a lovely room at a standard price. However the owner was ANGRY FURIOUS n sucked her. The other receptionist who claims to be an accountant showed no remorse to the treatment of her collegue infact pushed for her sucking n then pretended she knew wat had transpired. They couldn't even accomodate their staff over night or offer her training as she is on a momth in the job... it's truly a shame coz this oener has lost himself someone who understand the importance of good customer service due to his greed of money. The hotel curtains are dirst bed sheets tord duvet with period, batbroo. Pls forget it if u wantto relax. The hotels is in sad situation, its all ABOUT money. The sad accountant is so coldn fake. Although the houseboys are very helpful. Living in fear of beinf sucked too suck a shame .. DO NOT GOT TO THIS PLACE TILL THE OWNER N HIS ACCOUNTANT BECOME HUMANS...
