Everything poor and bad.
Water isn't flowing in the toilet and bathroom. Too high staircases to climb. Rooms too costly for such service and location. No good room service and security. I can't list them all. Just a terrible stay at the hotel. Was not even encouraged to take pictures plus there are tours littering everywhere by the hotel premises.

Easy to locate and they have good customer relations
But no swimming pool ????

There services are nice, workers stretch out helping hands and the receptionist deserves a tip from every guest cause she's top notch.
They actually need to look in some certain areas like their bathroom had no towels or soap. The TV remote wasn't working.

And there was this funny thing I noticed, the morning I was meant to checkout the AC in my room went off automatically.

Good place to crash for the night but the noise of the fan is loud.

Nothing spectacular, no cold drinks and Ac is always not on at least for the 2 times that I've been there.... Thank you

First this place is a scam. I had to call the customer service on phone to confirm the availability of room and the rate. They promised me there was a room at the rate, I took a Bolt and got there, they gave me a room with nothing working in it and claimed they did not know that it was in bad condition before they let it out while they know. The door could not unlock once locked, the heater was not working in this cold weather and they offered to be boiling water for me, the socket was bad so I could not charge my mobiles easily, etc. They insisted that if I wanted a room with functioning amenities that I had to pay extra, which I considered very poor service. When I agreed to pay extra for another room, it turned out that the heater does not work in that one too.

Be careful of these people.
