Bikes are not allowed and if you don't have a car you will have to walk to wherever you are going. Makes absolute no sense as some houses are quite far from the entrance. Has only one entrance, which makes no sense at all. Its a quiet estate anyway.

The Phase II Estate entrance is beautifully laid out, with dual carriageway and paved stones. Some nice looking houses visible in the horizon from the estate entrance gate. There is a pedestrian gate and pathway, well demarcated from the vehicle driveway. Uniformed private security personnel also man the entrance.

I live here. It's a cool place . 98% of the houses here are private . Though the road in the estate is not good enough. Good security and well organised management. Electricity supply is fair too.

Big estate with beautiful houses, there are churches there. Bike men are not allowed inside but they have ' estate bikes'.
It's called lake view because there is a beautiful lake at the back of the estate.
Average security, try not to park on the street overnight.
Grocery stores, mini mart, saloons and pharmacy are available in the estate.

The boundary Estate between Amuwo Ododin LGA and Isolo LGA. So neat and tidy.

Nice residential environment, peace loving people, quite cooperative and yes power supply is quite good!
