I had a craving for parfait right from work,so I decided to stop at snail cafe for their yummy parfait;of course I wasn't disappointed.
I have not been there in over six months, getting there today I noticed so many changes.The entire space is looking more colourful and vibrant,they now have another building; nicely designed.Also, I discovered that there's an app now which you can download on both Google and Apple platforms,to place and receive orders for food and more.
I am very impressed with the new stride.

I am giving a 5 star rating because this place is a beautiful place
The Snail Cafe Restaurant is a local restaurant where local and international meals are been served
The environment was neat,they even have an exceptional section where your kids can play and have fun
Their staffs are nice and always smiling,I will like to go back there whenever i am in Lagos for their special ofada rice

One of my favourite one-stop eatery. The food is always a delight and the hospitality is second to none.
The food and service quality has increased to 120% since my last visit.

While their food was quite okay, the service area was choked up with lots of "excuse me". I think it would create more space if they move the popcorn and ice cream area to a section outside to create more space inside. Also those attending to local cuisine should out more efforts to be present at their post.

Edit: I forgot to mention that their meat pie was really great. Arguably the best I've eaten around here.

From the doormen ,to the service personnel, you know the meaning of VIP treatment. They're very charitable with it. You just want to come again for the ambiance and cozy environment. The food seals the deal.

Their service is subpar. The staffs are nonchalant and unprofessional. They always get my order wrong plus there isn't anything special about their food,they just seem to be the only restaurant in Command. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values topnotch services.

Very poor customer service, food was too oily and they delivered what I didn't order for. It's annoying, I won't go there anymore, I won't buy food from them anymore. I hate when I don't get value for what I pay for.
