First of all, its got a nice view.

Room costs start from N8,000 to N15,000

Complimentary breakfast from rooms of N10,000 amongst other perks not listed.

Situated at the Roundabout makes for good access road to a number of places.

Nice place no doubt.

Hmmm. This hotel is just there tbh. Nothing really makes it outstanding. Be prepared to spend some hours (especially in the mornings) without electricity.

The service was very poor. They have bad lightning, and when asked to get some essentials for the room they take forever to get it done. They honestly need to do better in the aspect of customer service.

Room smells like dusty, fridge wasn’t working, the room furniture is not comfortable incase you plan to use the desk and the whole place is falling apart due to lack of maintenance. The desk in my room is about to fall of the wall and it looks like they’ve previously supported it with a piece of wood. They can’t cook and their food is expensive, I’d recommend against buying their food and just order from somewhere instead. Also no light in the hotel during the day.

Edit: I’ve seen a lot of reviews about smelling rooms, i was in the reception when a customer came to complain about dirty duvet and the housekeeper was VERY ignorant about it and he tagged the customer as nagging, this explains why the whole hotel is dirty.

Edit: I was in the reception for over 2 hours waiting for my light to get fixed and I was not taken seriously by the staffs. They were laughing jollying while I waited and there was even some public display of affection between the reception and some other staff.

My stay there was good though the lift wasn't ok, I had to climb to the last floor manually and trust me it was a whole lot of stress. There was steady power supply and a neat and beautiful room although the price was higher than what I saw when I visited there page. I paid 30000 for 3days excluding food and drinks.

Pleasant staff, beautiful building from the outside and good security.
Room had a weird mold-like smell.. bedsheets and duvet dirty. No towels in bathroom. No intercom, being on third floor I either have to call via cell or go downstairs to speak to receptionist. Fuse box was making weird sounds like it's touching throughout the night. Would not recommend this place!
