Good gym inside the upscale Awuse estate in the Church of ascension building. They have several equipment and they are also about to change some old and worn out equipment. Trainer is good too. They got enough bike for aerobics and body massagers. They got mechanized bench press and the manual one also. Sauna and all also available. Recommended. Good sound system and general AC.
