Pool is usually dirty…. Staff is rude and ill-mannered, they refused to make a meal for meal because it was late. Bar and lounge are being renovated, hopefully they’ll be improved when business resumes.

This people will switch off the AC in the middle of the night in mosquito infested rooms with no provision of fan or to switch it back on.

Very very poor service.

Good place but service and facilities need urgent upgrade. For example. my room door was bad and bathroom water not running well. There is also continuos annoying beeping sound from the corridor. So also hotel staff need to be more professional.

As they say "A picture speaks a thousand words" if you have over 5photos here you can imagine the volumes they speak. A perfect place to chill with your friends and family. In this case , my old school reunion happened here. Rooms are in great condition, power supply is constant, bar area, club , parking space and good security. ❤

Romeo is one of the best if not the best... 24hr power, well trained staffs, clean pool, hot water etc...
