Poor service, non conducive rooms as i have to change rooms in one night, colored water, couldn't bath or wash face and dirty bathrooms. Not worthy of an Island hotel. For someone who had stayed in hotels this isn't up to a standard hotel.

I think I should tell y'all before coming here, to help you make sound decisions. If you're looking for suegbe place to just lay your heads overnight if this is your last option then just read below to prepare your mind. If not please don't try it, nice staff or reception. I saw an old blue towel for the first time, there was no lotion, shampoo or gel, TV wasn't working couldn't watch anything else asides Space or something like that ????.The bed felt somewhat dusty.

Panorama actually looked like it had a standard at some point but that is fast declining. They do serve great dish. Fried rice was ????, chicken too. Jollof was spicy. I love. I could go for the food.

Not the same Panorama that I used to patronize pre COVID. Even the satellite channels were limited, the pool seems murky (perhaps the pool floor was repainted) and while in the Restaurant waiting for breakfast a huge rat was lurking in between the Restaurant ceiling and the AC floor. This is a no no.

This is something the management needs to look into to turn it back as it was before.

Wow! Amazing reception and experience. This hotel gave me a home like experience, the rooms smell fresh, well arranged, TV package with varieties of channels for maximum entertainment, all devices functional, the complementary breakfast was well made, the staff welcoming and polite. Overall I'll say the management pays attention to detail and I'll recommend them over and over because i had a relishing experience.

I didn’t get to stay at this location due to the incompetency of the hotel staff, particularly the receptionist. I made my reservation on Expedia a few days prior. Only for me to get to the hotel, and I was told that they are fully booked. The incompetent receptionist also mentioned that they never received any reservation from Expedia. I was stranded and I had to look for alternative accommodation at the end of the night. I won’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

If you are looking for a quiet place in VI this is the place to be. It’s an Indian oriented hotel and really clean. I think the cleanliness of the rooms really made me so happy and relaxed. The staff are respectful and very personable. The food is also very good and not too expensive. It’s directly opposite to yellow chili and just 8mins away from tantalizers for those who don’t want to eat all the time from the restaurant in the hotel. The hotel also has a swimming pool, you get free complimentary breakfast everyday and free laundry wash during your stay. I am not being paid to make this review, I really did enjoy my long stay in panorama hotel and would love people to know such a beautiful place do exist in VI.
