I visited on 27th December and it was over crowded compared to other beaches this festive season.

It is one of the most accessible and affordable beaches from Lagos mainland hence the rowdiness. There's a N1,000 entrance fee, N500 car parking fee and sitting / canopy fee which ranges. If you're visiting during the non festive period, it would be more decent.

The beach has relaxation activities like horse riding and water sports including boat cruise. There's also a swimming pool.

It's best to come with your food and drinks to enjoy as you relax at the beach which has good picture perfect spots.

Very cool beach.
It’s a flexible beach compared to landmark beach because you can bring in foods and drinks

Compulsory payments includes:
Entry Ticket
Parking ticket(if you come with a car)

Optional
Seats, ranges from 7k* upwards (I’ll advise you get a seat, you’ll need it)
Horse riding

I love the beach too much but all the hassling almost made the whole thing stressful.

The beach needs to be better cleaned tho with the amount of money they're scheming off people.

Apart from this, the beach is really affordable and I like that you can bring in your own food without having to pay extra tho????

It's a growing attraction that's quiet and relaxing on weekdays (until evening) and very active on weekends. There are horse rides, boat rides and party spots to take advantage of. The waves are a little too tame for me (thanks to the landmass out on the water) but I guess people who don't like wild waves would consider it safe.

Oniru Beach is a privately managed beach that is open to the public at a fee.
The gate fee is cheap, about N1,000 /$2 per head and the parking ticket is N500 /$1 per car. This grants you access to the beach only.
Other services (like seats, tents gazebos, rides, food, drinks, etc.) are billed and negotiable. It's quite popular and arguably the most accessible beach in Lagos. This means throngs of mixed traffic and all that comes with such -from networking opportunities, to security concerns. There's lots to do here to pass time, designated staff are hard to identify and there are lots of peddlers. It's a family-friendly place, though there may be unavoidable exposure to uncensored content (like music) and other things (you're free to use the imagination)! They try to keep it /things clean and orderly -hard tasks.

Oniru beach is one of the most popular beaches in Lagos located in Oniru at the tail end of Ligali Ayorinde street in Victoria Island. For some reason I've not been to this beach even though I pass by every time. My first time here was not a good experience. The beach was overcrowded. I've been to other beaches during festive season but they're not as crowded as this. The entrance was blocked as a result of cars getting in and no more car park spaces available. I did over 40mins just trying to drive in. I had to park outside for ₦1000 not budgeted for. Entrance fee per head is ₦1000. It is highly recommended to come with whatever you will need as things are over priced here. Tents prices ranges from ₦5,000 and up to ₦40,000. Also the space between the shore and tents is too close for comfort with horse riders almost knocking people down. This is not cool. I just couldn't stay long and couldn't get good fun. I had to leave ASAP.

Oniru private beach is a fun place to be. Though, kind of crowded, it was packed with enough fun things to do for fun seeking lovers.
The music and night life was an experience beyond just being good.
There was ample parking space which had to be paid for.
The public restroom also has to be paid for before it can be used.
After all is said and done, it is still a wonderful place to be.
