Nuts About Cakes Gbagada

I called in to book a cake for today and they agreed they would be able to meet up to my requests .They sent me their account number and bearly 7mins afterwards im recieving calls from them to pay...I thereafter sent them my proof of payment ...whipped cream cake was what I ordered ,They sent me a photo of a cake with cherries as what they top their cakes with( il post up the cake they sent me...not 1 cherry on it)..I was called today that my cake could not be made as to my specifications...and I would have to choose btw cream cheese and buttercream...I have a strong aversion for butter cream and I made it known but still they not only delayed on the order...they were unprofessional because at some point in time they stopped picking my calls ,to tell me where my cake was( meanwhile the surprise party the cake is meant for was waiting ,I told them I couldnt wait anymore to get the cake at their gbagada branch only to start my journey to its location in surulere....because time had already gone...they said they made deliveries...to which I added I wont be inconvenienced to pay for delivery because the cake I ordered in gbagada is comming from lekki...plus,they wasted my time and as such would bear that cost themselves- to which they agreed)
....though i was promised id get it latest by 3pm.
The cake got to its destination by 20mins to 5pm....guess what ?it wasnt whipped cream,cream cheese or any thing edible for that matter...
I already told their service personnel on the phone( this is the worse service iv ever received( meanwhile she did not argue because she knew it was true), worse tasting cake ,inedible frosting,its supposed to be a dessert cake...i have no idea what was sent in....a novice baker would have done better.)
Im only awarding 1star because zero stars is not available...if it were they'd get it...
waste of both time and money( 8inches for 14550 promised a dessert cake got an ordinary pound cake as what it tasted like anyway)....
please in future go to cake world lekki,...Or order Tlash cakes, sweet indulgence by olamide,even cakes and cream they are fail proof...

You get great tasting and beautifully decorated cakes here as well as tasty cookies and loafs of bread.

Store is quite easy to locate and the attendants are really customer friendly. Parking might be a bit difficult when there are a lot of customers around but in all, Nuts about cake, Gbagada is definitely a cake store to visit over and over again.

Looking for where to get varieties of cake for any kind for any kind of events, Nut about cakes is your best bet.

I recently got a rectangular red velvet cake from there and honestly it blew my mind! From the cake design, to the taste even the packaging... It was just wow!

I totally loved it.

Good customer service, nice place to get sumptuous pastry like chicken pie, Cookies, etc. You can place your order for fluffy cakes.
