Great luxury product offerings, the staff are good at what they do. However, the affordable offerings are quite small to live in for the traditional home owners. The affordable homes are however great investments as it would appreciate with time.

My experience has been a regrettably one.
Mixta lacks integrity. I bought some properties from Mixta and after full payment for 3 years they have not delivered these properties till date. Most appalling is the irresponsible behaviour of their senior guys. They have have not returned money collected till date. Even another one delivered, it took a lot of struggle to get it. If you are looking to invest in real estate, Mixta is not the right partner. Run from them and don't trust them with your hard earned money.
Having luxury properties without integrity and with irresponsible behaviours is terrible and very shameful.

Always expect big things from Mixta Africa. They are industry leading, path finding and trail blazing developers in Africa especially Nigeria. Second to none in my opinion

That's my office on the island. The area is a nice environment and busy most part of the day and slightly busy on weekend due to club activities. The street is easily flooded when heavy down pour due to drainage challenge. It has a nice and adequate parking space for cars
