They used to be somewhat reliable but not anymore. They are now faceless and non existent. Tried to log into their site to make purchases only to find out that their Site and phone lines no longer work, maybe they are closing down and no notice was given. Emails take forever to be responded to. If you have funds or transaction with them it may be stuck. Been trying to get the funds I have in their web card out but no response.

So sad! Mallofafrica is no more. I went there to find out. They used to be located at 141 Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, Lagos opposite Silverbird Galleria. Now they are no more there. All enquiries to get their new location proved abortive. Even the Neighbouring shops and offices can’t even remember them. I only saw one occupant who said they used to be there. I don’t know google’s policy on non existent location but for this to still be showing on as occupying that address on google map is misleading.

I received an email this morning to pick up my order at DHL office in Marina, Lagos.

I got here only to be informed that my goods have a wrong name and phone number tagged to it, meaning they can’t release my items to me.

I am extremely disappointed with this level of poor service, starting with shopping delays and now a wrong ID tag.

I used to love MFA before the recession. 4 Stars for being able to induge in my all-time best hobby "SHOPPING" from the comfort of my home on any UK/US store!

There are quite a number of variety shops in there and a bank as well. Could park about 8-10 cars though there could be the possibility of having to re-work as the first set of cars to park would move in and the others park behind them
