A very big hospital tipical of teaching hospitals. There are, of course, various departments there's including the Guinness Eye clinic, medical schools, and so on. There's a primary school within the compound. Workshops, including vehicle maintenance workshop, capentary workshop, oxygen refill plant, and the likes. There's usually a medical team in the department, making it possible for adequate administration of health care services.
The the gardens in-between the wards/buildings add life to the environment.

Lagos University Teaching Hospital has a majestic entrance with the gigantic palms towering so high, I love those palms!
The roads within the complex need fixing however, and the entrance is usually water logged.
For the magnitude of traffic that enters this hospital, periodic maintenance ought to be carried out.

One of the best hospitals in Nigeria to get good health care services. Different departments of health care and training and great facility by the federal government of Nigeria to take care of the health need of it's citizens

HMMMMMMMMM, May God Safe us in Nigeria because we all are one sickness or accident away from death. But LUTH being a teaching hospital is okay and there are consultants willing to attend to you.
But you have to be in schedules (appointment) before visiting. Except on emergency, you must be on Appointment.
There are food canteens, printers, snacks. Mosques, church and other amenities. Electricity is constant and the nurses are hard working.
There are labs there too which is a necessary.
Sites under construction too.

Parking there attracts charges, #100 - #200 per day (i think its too much paying everyday Monday- Sunday) there should atleast be a free day without payment.

It is well structured and offers the best Medical Service to patients, and training to students. It's a cool place to be anyways.

LUTH is one of the beat teaching hospital in Nigeria, it has almost all the medical equipment needed to save lives and also professionals in different departments in Medicine .
Due to it popularity, it has attracted so many patients which has resulted to poor attendance to patients.
Still, the doctors and nurses try their possible best to attend to every, though it might not be immediately.
