Ambient and nice environment. The rooms are so clean and well kept.
The rooftop bar and swimming pool are awesome we had a great time.
The meeting rooms are good.
The food tasted great and the service was good.
The car parking area is spacious in the basement.
The security is not too tight as you can see lots of free movements.

✅ Wheelchair accessible facility (toilet, elevator and access)

I love the rooms
The place is very nice and comfortable
No disturbance At all. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The meals are very nice. The check in process was very fast. The pool is beautiful. I love the view .Chinemerem refused to eat with me cause she was really nice but she said she was at work. She has an amazing smile even beneath the nose mask. She is nice

I was here for a conference and I think it was nice.

Location: it is in Victoria Island which is the heart of Lagos city. It is in close proximity to beautiful beaches; Cinemas, Shopping Malls, Bars, Art museums and fine restaurants.

Event hall: they have spacious and well equipped Meeting/Conference rooms for small to large groups.

View: it has the view of the city line and the ocean, it’s quiet nice.

Food: in terms of food I rate their; Breakfast A SOLID 4.5
Lunch A Good 3.8 (dessert options can be more exciting than what was provided)

Toilets: the Ladies were nicely done with cushions, great lighting (for perfect pictures/videos ????) and lots of mirrors ☺️ you could sit to get your make up done or to relax. Most importantly, there is a hanger for your handbag in each stall as you do your business ????

Service: their service is good. The staff at the gate to the reception staff and Door men were pleasant.

CONS;
1. If you go when they are fully booked or hosting events, there is a chance that a dish from the buffet will finish before it gets to you. The kitchen will refill, but it may take some time.
2. There are only 3 elevators, in peak times you will wait a bit to get on.

The hotel was fantastic and the staff were really friendly and amazing, Always willing to help and assist.

The gym was amazing, all the equipment was there.

The pool and lounge area was lovely and chilled.

The lobby is eye catching.

We brought our two young children and they loved the space and style of hotel.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and accommodating

Chinemere at Guest Relations has been really nice, chatty and smiling even beneath her face mask.

I loved my stay here. It was beautiful and great.

The hotel is very nice, the lobby is great. Check in was very seamless and fast, I had made reservations before going, so I don’t know if that accounted for the speed. The room was nice, gorgeous view. Well lit except for the space in front of the big mirror. The bathroom was really nice.

The service was great, the staff were nice, helpful and polite. Breakfast was nice, didn’t go down for the buffet so I don’t know how that was but the breakfast was really tasty and filling. The room came with complimentary breakfast for two, that was great.

Only issue I had was with parking because I had to wait before they could find somewhere for me to park. But other than that, it was a great beautiful stay and I’ll definitely be back.

Love it. Really nice staff, attentive.
Great hotel, well looked after. Sunday buffet is incredible. Breakfast is super too. I am not happy about the sheer quantity of ‘girls for hire’ that frequents the hotel. I was there with my husband, 3 children and nanny.

It could do with a games room, ie table tennis, pool, fuse ball which kids could use till 6pm, like they do with the pool.

Other than that, great hotel.
