It was one of my worst experience of a hospital ever.I went there in a already bad condition which has not been really noticed by nurses or the doctor self.Main interest as usual in the country was the payment.The doctor seems to be very unprofessional and arrogant.I told her about my symptoms with high fever vomiting and porch for the past 3 days.They checked blood and stool and told me that it's not an bacterial infection.Instead of investigate further they just sent me home like that.The following days my condition never got better.Several times I vomit and porch at the same time.I'm still waiting for the doctors phone call regarding the stool sample test results since it was not out at the day of consultation.I'm more than disappointed.This is bottom standard.

The Ladies at the Front Desk really lack initiative and bungled up my visit despite the fact that I was here on account of an in-house referral (from their Bourdillon branch). The service here is substandard and the front desk staff were so disorganised and unable to think out of the box and to solve a problem. I had to reach out to someone else to intervene and find a solution but in the end it was a complete waste of time as I had to leave without getting treated. Wish I could rate this hospital -1.

Good service, customer centric staff, pleasant and welcoming. Great Physiotherapy dept. Tina my physiotherapist is a pleasure to be around.

Truth be told, Lagoon Hospitals is an experience. Not only do they have top notch world standard equipment, but they go the extra mile to care for their patients and clients. I guess for a healthcare facility to be the first and only in Nigeria to have a World recognized accreditation, it shows they really do go the extra mile to care for humanity, and i can testify to this. Well done Lagoon Hospitals!!!

This hospital has excellent doctors, highly trained nurses, and is top knotch if you break an arm, like I did. I was surprised to find out that the reason they call it "Lagoon Hospital" is that it's actually located in a lagoon! I found it really wet, muggy, and the mosquitoes were extremely thick and bitey. Unfortunately, I caught Malaria while getting my x-rays. The doctor did however hook me up with a voodoo doll that he said I can use to smite my enemies before I succumb to "the sickness".
