The environment or place has been neglected and rejected or better still lemme use the word abandoned. The street lights are no longer functioning, the Dana memorial arcade is bushy and so unkept, the road and its environment is extremely bad and not motor-able. In short that environment needs a urgent attention.

This place holds a lot of memories for the families of victims of the crash. However, from the outside, the place looks more like it needs an upgrade, better management and upkeep.
It's still a very emotional site for me. Hope I'll have the courage to take pictures next time.

Iju ishaga memorial acade, site of the Dana airline crash of 2012..over 100 people lost their lives.
The street is okay, except for the drainage system when it rains it's dirty.

I don't know why it's called a Arcade, I guess because I don't know the meaning of that word.

But this place is a memorial to the lost souls of the Lagos-Abuja flight some years ago. May their souls rest in perfect peace.

Dana airline crash site, lots of people lost their life on 2012. It's a memorial archade built for the lost soul. It's still the same though a bridge is being constructed there now in 2022

Well built arcade but but access road is in a deplorable state. Although many sorounding houses has been marked for demolition for the construction of the road. More has to be done quickly.

It brings back memories of the past
