It's a local premise for occasions and events that is not classy enough for high class programmes. Though it is fit enough to accommodate small number of people, it does not actually meet the standard as the name portray.
It's drawback are packing spaces, rest rooms and poor ventilation system. There's nothing spectacular about it.

IBA.new site Agelete is flooded with heavy water, the residents had to enter their respective houses with canoe. This is a slap to Lagos State for lack of development.
