The building looks very nice on the outside but the quality of maintenance of the rooms is quite poor. The staff are warm and accessible but some things need to be fixed. Couldn't watch satellite TV except for Zee World while other stations weren't clear.

Your service is so poor especially for 2 or more days. There are necessary thing u are suppose to pass across to customer not until they request. You also do not have service for kids.
