this hotel is a total wack, like very expensive and they don't even tidy the place very well and their staffs are under paid, making them rude to customers.

There's is need for proper maintenance as it relates to facilities within the pool area and the convenience areas.

Management should step up so as to reduce the decay that is being caused by water.

The hotel used to be our favorite btw 2015 and 2016 but now it's lacking a whole lot... My wish is for the management to try their possible best to make it top notch as it was few years ago, thanks
