I used this hospital as my HMO hospital and I have had nothing to complain about. I have birth to my second baby here and I can say I was well taken care of.

The matron and nurses were all over me, in the middle of the night, they prayed for my safe delivery while they did their jobs. They comforted me and explained every step they we're about to take to me.

I had a very experienced midwife. Asides that the doctors are generally receptive, willing to listen and not just pack on medicines to you. My entire family uses Motayo. And we're not about to change unless we travel out.

Clean and efficient environment. Registration is initially required when you meet the receptionist. Get your card and take your required measurements. Sit in the waiting hall and wait to be called in to see the doctor.

Waiting time is extremely poor. Expect to wait for hours before you see a doctor. Ironically they have so many customers. I waited almost 3hours to see a paediatrician. I saw others waiting as well. Getting a parking space can also be a hassle

This hospital is the worst ever. Whoever says otherwise is lying. The receptionist acts as if they are doing us a favour. The so called mayron engages in meaningless conversations with her friends. The whole placr is just a mess. I regret choosing this sham of a hospital for my HMO

The services are quite okay, although there is room for improvement in the area of customer service.
