you guys needs to work on your aftersales service. it is so poor and irritating to call all lines on your website and nobody picks. We also sent an email to all your provided ID and no acknowledgement or reply in days. very very poor service

Forgot my iPhone 11 in the aircraft in return from Dubai and now they say they can’t find it. I believe it’s been stolen by a staff. I got an email from Ikenna saying they didn’t find anything, unfortunately you still can’t trust the Nigerian system, it’s a shame, I believe if that phone had been lost in Dubai or London we would find it. Don’t trust Emirates process anyone.

I needed to change my flight. I filled in the online form, and when I got to step 7/8, I got a pop-up message that informed me to phone the number on the screen. I phone the number on the screen, listen to the menu, select #2 four times, and then... I get a recording that informs me to visit the website and fill out the online form :-). Sometimes you just have to laugh. So I am going to visit the Ethiopian Airline office at the Hilton. I was there 11 years ago... I will let you know tomorrow if the service is better in person.

I visited this place after I encountered customer service issues at the Skyline office. For some reason the two locations doesn’t look like they work for one organization. I don’t what the problem is but Ethiopian Airlines need to have a standardized training for all staff working regardless of location.
