Horrible service from the front desk officer. Most of the nurses act as though they are doing you a favour .

When you come just know that you will wait at least 2hours before seeing a doctor. The lab attendants are very unfriendly and unbothered.

I have experienced this long wait period when I took my daughter and also when I accompanied a colleague there with her daughter.

This is my 3rd time here, first 2 experiences we waited for more than 2 jours before we were attended to. I gave them a third try and to be honest AM NOT COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. Imagine all staff in the hospital is having a meeting (29/1/2020 @9:45am) and patients are here at the reception waiting for them. Not nice at all.

The wards are very neat, serene and comfy. The chief Doctor is a nice and caring man. Easy to navigate your way in the building. But, they seem to be very short-staffed, making wait time to see a doctor too long. I have never waited less than 2 hours before seeing a consultant. The nurses and non-admin staff are barely courteous - perhaps, they are overworked. Parking is also very limited.

Very bad service.

I had an emergency and requested to see a doctor. I spent 2 hours and no one came to attend to me despite my repetitive reminders.

It takes a minimum of 3 hours to see a doctor despite the fact that people waiting to see a doctor might not be upto 7. On countless visits you are directed to wait for 3 hours+ no matter how ill or sick you may seem. Provisions are not made for sick people to even rest their heads as the waiting rooms are the same sizes with guest toilets. The building itself is quite small and restricted.

Cant say too much about the place but appeared organized clean and with very friendly staff when I came visiting a patient.
