A good location for the hotel on the busy business hub of Surulere. Hard to locate except with prior information of the exact building. Not many car park space. Moderate fee as same hotels around. Average same rooms for all on the same floor. Good reception. Can do more with adequate security on the floor rather than on the ground floor (clustered)

Nice hotel but with some few set backs like cockroaches in the rooms and also the noise from the club upstairs is terrible ????????????????

It’s cozy and comfortable, not very spacious but good. Overnight, the noise from the club disturbs but it is manageable. The place is neat and the service is good.

It should be under the categories of Charlet or motel..
It's too noisy. It has a lounge upstairs.

Just know u will not sleep,if there is clubbing.too much noise in the room. It's not a comfortable place to stay for long..nothing like complimentary breakfast or coffee to warm u up in the morning. U go climb step tire as there are no lift.

Nice. But the young lady receptionist is very rude and arrogant with no courtesy and needs to be replaced

My problem with the place is that so many little little cocroche, one cannot keep anything on tsble without cocroche perching on it.
